LeadBackstop is an early-stage service currently being validated with independent HVAC contractors. This policy explains the limited information we may collect through our website and pilot operations.

Website and pilot request information

If you submit the pilot request form, we may receive your name, company, email, phone number, service area, and information about how your company currently handles unanswered calls. We use this information only to evaluate and respond to your pilot request.

Pilot service information

During a live pilot, LeadBackstop may process basic service-request information such as a caller's name, phone number, service location, description of the HVAC issue, and urgency so the contractor can respond.

How information is used

• To respond to pilot requests and support inquiries.
• To route a service lead to the relevant contractor during a pilot.
• To operate, secure, and improve the validation workflow.
• To maintain limited operational records.

Data minimization

We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to evaluate a pilot request or route a service lead. Payment-card details should not be collected through the missed-call workflow.

Third-party providers

The production pilot may rely on third-party hosting, communications, automation, email, and AI providers. The exact production stack may change during validation, and this policy will be updated when material processing relationships are finalized.
