LeadBackstop is an early-stage pilot product. These terms apply to this website and describe the intended boundaries of any validation pilot unless a separate written agreement is signed.

No guaranteed revenue

LeadBackstop does not guarantee that a missed call will become a booked job, that a contractor will earn a particular amount of revenue, or that every service request will be recoverable.

No HVAC diagnosis or repair advice

LeadBackstop is not an HVAC contractor and the automated workflow should not be relied upon for equipment diagnosis, repair instructions, technical safety determinations, binding estimates, or warranties.

Emergency situations

Suspected gas leaks, fire, smoke, electrical hazards, or carbon-monoxide risks require appropriate emergency response. The system is intended to stop normal commercial lead handling when serious safety terms are detected and direct the customer toward emergency services or the relevant utility from a safe location.

Pilot availability

Free pilots are limited, may be modified or discontinued during validation, and may depend on technical compatibility with the contractor's existing phone and communication setup.
